These terms explain the advertised website services offered by Tanner Schroeder using the First Visit Studio name. A service request is an inquiry, not an order, payment authorization, or accepted project. Before work begins, the parties agree to a written proposal covering the exact scope, total price, schedule, payment, and cancellation terms. Mandatory legal rights are not limited by this page.
Packages and launch pricing
Essentials is one page with up to six sections and one consolidated revision round. Local Business includes up to five pages and two rounds. Signature includes up to eight pages and three rounds. Features are listed on the pricing section and confirmed in the proposal. A revision round is one consolidated feedback list within the agreed scope.
The displayed higher prices are planned post-launch prices, not prices at which we claim prior sales. Introductory prices of $199, $399, and $699 apply to the first three signed and accepted website projects in total, not three per package. Eligibility is confirmed before deposit. The planned subsequent prices are $399, $699, and $1,099. The website will be updated when the introductory offer is filled; quotes already accepted keep their agreed price. This offer reduces the one-time build price and does not discount monthly care.
Payment, extras, and scheduling
Builds generally use 50% to begin and 50% after approval and before launch. The written proposal controls the actual schedule and identifies any applicable taxes, domain fees, hosting arrangement, paid plugins, booking tools, or other external costs. No unapproved extras are added. Work outside scope receives a separate quote before it begins.
Delivery targets start after the deposit and required content are received and depend on timely feedback. Third-party setup, domain verification, content delays, or scope changes can affect timing. We will communicate changes rather than promise a fixed delivery date without reviewing the project.
Optional Website Care
Website Care is $89 per month and includes static hosting and HTTPS, a monthly site and form check, source backup after published changes, a monthly check summary, email support, and up to 60 minutes of small content edits per month. Unused time does not roll over. Domain renewals and paid external tools are separate. New pages, redesigns, SEO campaigns, ad management, custom applications, and restoration of third-party outages are outside routine edit work; separate work is quoted first.
Care starts at launch or another agreed date. We obtain separate agreement to the billing schedule and recurring charges before activating recurring billing. A care preference on an inquiry form is not that authorization. Care is month-to-month. You may cancel future renewal by emailing firstvisitstudio@gmail.com; we will confirm the end date and stop future renewals. Any handling of a partially used period will be stated in your agreement, subject to applicable law.
Email support is handled during normal business availability. There is no promised 24/7 response or guaranteed uptime. When care ends, hosting and access arrangements must be transferred or replaced to keep the website online. We will coordinate the agreed handoff of paid-for files without holding the customer's domain ownership hostage.
Ownership and supplied material
Register your domain in your own account. After full payment, approved site files are provided for handoff. Third-party software, fonts, stock photos, embeds, and other licensed materials remain subject to their own terms and may not be exclusive. You confirm you have permission to use supplied logos, photos, copy, reviews, and business details. Confidential access is shared through an appropriate secure method, not the inquiry form.
Cancellation and problems
Before payment, the project agreement will explain cancellation, the treatment of completed work and approved external costs, and any refund of unearned amounts. We do not use this public page to claim every deposit is automatically nonrefundable. If a site problem appears, email the page URL, issue, and relevant screenshots without sensitive information so we can assess it against the agreed scope.
Results and demonstrations
No search ranking, lead volume, sales result, regulatory certification, or uninterrupted third-party service is guaranteed. The three demonstrations are fictional brands and use real stock photography; they are not testimonials, customer case studies, or evidence of finished client work. A client's final site should use accurate business information and appropriate licensed material.

Search and analytics setup
Local Business and Signature include business structured data, sitemap preparation and Search Console setup when you provide account access. Local Business analytics is optional; Signature includes setup for agreed page-view and key-click events. Data begins after installation and is approximate, not a count of unique people or guaranteed leads. Search engine indexing, rankings and traffic are not guaranteed. Google Business Profile guidance does not include ongoing profile management. Customer approval and any necessary privacy configuration come before analytics activation.
