Information you provide
The service request form collects your name, business name, email, optional phone, requested package or service, care preference, business services, service area, and any Google profile, website, social links, or project notes you choose to provide. Please do not submit passwords, card details, identity documents, or sensitive personal information. The form does not collect payments.
Why we use it
We use inquiry information to understand your business, answer your request, prepare a quote, and manage a project if you become a customer. We do not sell inquiry information or add you to a marketing mailing list through this form. Any separate marketing signup would have its own notice and choice.
Who processes it
FormSubmit processes form submissions for delivery and spam protection, including a CAPTCHA where applied. Requests are emailed to the studio's Gmail account, provided by Google. The hosting platform and its infrastructure providers process technical request information such as network addresses and browser request data to deliver, secure, and operate the site. Service providers process information under their own applicable terms.

Cookies and analytics
We use the first-party aggregate analytics described below, with no advertising pixels or analytics cookies. The hosting platform may use authentication and security technology; FormSubmit may use cookies and CAPTCHA during submission.
Retention and security
Inquiry emails are kept while reviewing a request and managing any related relationship, then deleted when no longer needed, except for records reasonably needed for accounting, disputes, or legal requirements. Copies may remain in provider backups or retention systems under their policies. The site does not maintain a separate inquiry database or save entries to local browser storage. We use reasonable account and access safeguards; no internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices
You can choose not to submit a form and email us instead. Contact firstvisitstudio@gmail.com to request access to, correction of, or deletion of information in our control. We may need to verify the request and retain information where required or permitted by law. Additional rights may apply depending on your location.
Children and external links
This business-service website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly seek their personal information. If you believe a child submitted information, contact us. External sites and providers have their own policies; a link does not transfer this site's privacy practices to them.
Updates
We will post revisions here with an updated effective date. Material changes in how inquiry information is used will be addressed through appropriate additional notice where required.
Website usage analytics
We count page views, selected link clicks and inquiry-form submission attempts to understand which pages are useful. Our first-party analytics stores daily totals by page and action, using Arizona time. It does not store form contents, email addresses, full referrer URLs, IP addresses, advertising identifiers or analytics cookies. It does not identify unique visitors. Our hosting provider may process technical request data separately to operate and secure the service. Only the authorized owner can view the dashboard. Automated or blocked traffic can affect counts; submission attempts are not confirmed inquiries.
